European version comes without Internet Explorer and you'll have to install a browser on your own.
It's currently unclear will it come with a bunch of browsers ready to install or do you have to get yours elsewhere. *

my mistake, RTM is not RETAIL.
the RTM is supposedly out within next two weeks and retail is the october 22nd (english and main regions) and 31rd (localized editions) *
