They recommend setting cookies to PROMPT (ask always).
Well, i don't recommend that and you will understand why pretty soon...
Imagine how many cookies there are set all the time and for various actions you do etc.
The prompt can be powerful in some ways but it will seriously get in your way because you will get (depending on your actions online) constant prompts about cookies. A HUGE PAIN IN THE ASS.
i perfer to simply either turn them ON/OFF completely based on need.
also always set 3rd party cookies disabled. you don't need them almost EVER. i haven't allowed 3rd party cookies for years now and it has not caused any problems with services that require cookies. *

I will post more indepth noscipt settings later.
basically my noscript guide will be based on ALLOW NOTHING PERMANENTLY.
So it will show you the settings and boxes you need to have checked/unchecked. it will also explain a few other things like the untrusted sites option which is very handy for permanently filtering cr*p from your allow/disallow menu and it also physically does things (when option block everything from untrusted sites is on) *
